Maeda Seisakusho Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Nagano City, Nagano; President: Masaaki Shioiri) is pleased to announce the establishment of MAEDA AMERICA Inc. in Texas, USA, as a wholly-owned subsidiary to expand our overseas market.

Background and Purpose

One of our key strategies is to expand sales of our cranes and other products both in Japan and overseas markets. Although we have been exporting and selling our products to overseas markets, mainly Europe, we are unfortunately struggling in North America, which is the largest construction equipment market. Under these circumstances, we have decided to establish the following subsidiary with the aim of building a strong dealer network through market-oriented activities and increasing our share of the North American market in our overseas sales.
